Where is DropTop located?
DropTop is located in Ontario, Canada. Currently, DropTop is an online shop and does not have a physical storefront.

What materials are used in your t-shirts and other products?
Each of DropTop's products has it's material listed in the product description. While fiber content does vary between products and product colours, most of our products are either 100% Ringspun combed cotton or a blend of ringspun cotton and polyester.
All garments used are brand new.
What printing process do you use?
The printing processes we use are DTG (Direct to Garment) and DTF (Direct to Film). With DTG the design is printed directly onto the garment and with DTF the design is first printed onto a transfer film and then heat pressed to the garment. A number of factors guide which printing process we use for a design, such as the material of the garment and the characteristics of the design.
Whether DTG or DTF, our designs are printed with the highest quality machines on the market, offering outstanding durability, vivid details, and perfect bright colours.
How do I choose the right size?
Each of our product listings includes a size chart for the garment detailing the measurements of each size. One way to guide your size selection is to pick a well-fitting garment from your own closet, lay it flat, measure the garment from seam to seam, and compare the measurements of your garment to the size chart.
Alternatively, our adult apparel includes a chart that helps you select the correct size based on how you would like the garment to fit.
Can I customize my order?
Most of our pre-made designs can be further customized for an additional fee. To inquire about customizing your order, please send an email with your request to infoatthedrop@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
We also offer custom tees, sweaters, and infant onesies, created with your very design! We are still in the early stages of migrating our online storefront from Etsy, so this option isn't currently listed on our site. If you are looking for a fully customized tee, sweater, or infant onesie, please send an email with your request to infoatthedrop@gmail.com - we love making your vision come to life!
How do I place an order?
That's the fun part! Browse our site, find designs you love, choose your desired colour and size, add the item to your cart. Once you have finished adding all the items you want to your cart, complete the checkout process and voila! Your order will arrive before you know it!
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods include all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is received, it takes 3-5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order to the courier. Shipping is an additional 2-8 business days.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are an estimate and can never be guarunteed.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently DropTop ships only within Canada and to the USA.

What should I do if my order is delayed?
Once your order is picked up by the courier you will receive email notification with a tracking number for the shipment.
If more than 5 completed business days have passed since placing your order and you have not yet received email notification of shipment with tracking, please first check your junk folder to ensure the email notification was not filtered there. If there is still no email notification, please email us at infoatthedrop@gmail.com with your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you.
If you have received email notification with a tracking number for the shipment and more than 8 business days have elapsed without your order arriving, please check the tracking information for an update. If you are concerned your order may be lost, please email us at infoatthedrop@gmail.com with your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you.
What is your return policy?
Every item we create is made to order, that means your order was made especially for you. For this reason we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Delivering high quality products to our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you experience any issues with the product you receive, please do not hesitate to contact us at infoatthedrop@gmail.com
How should I care for my t-shirts and other products?
Care and washing instructions are included in the listing details of each product.
Generally, it is recommended to machine wash products warm (max 40C or 105F), inside out with similar colors, and tumble dry low. To avoid shrinkage, it is suggested to wash cold and hang garments to dry. Do NOT bleach, dry clean, or iron products. While these are the care recommendations for the majority of DropTop's products, you should review the recommendations specific to your garment.
Please expect normal wear and tear of items.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has finished production and it is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Currently we do not offer gift-cards or gift wrapping.
How can I leave feedback or a review?
14 days after placing your order you will receive an email requesting you to review the product(s) from your order. After submitting your product reviews, you will also have the option to leave your review for your experience with our store.
